• I will email you a short COVID 19 consultation form and a copy of my COVID policy. 
• Please contact me and re-schedule if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or if any person in your household is self-isolating

Before and after each treatment I guarantee I will......

• Regularly update my Risk Assessment in line with the latest govenment guidlines. 
• Wash my hands or use hand sanitiser before treatment and ask you to do the same.
• Follow guidelines on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Disinfect non-porous materials, e.g. massage couch and equipment, before and after each treatment. 
• Wash porous materials e.g. pillowcases, sheets and towels.
• Replace couch roll and other disposable materials.
• Ventilate the treatment room and entrance area.
• Change my tunic/apron as needed.
• Wear durable, disposable gloves when cleaning the space.
• Maintain social distancing before and after the treatment.

• Bring a bottle of water with you, for refreshment
• Arrive at the agreed time and ensure social distancing before and after the treatment.
• Please wear a mask on arrival and for any part of your treatment which requires you to lay face up. 
• Pay by card or other cashless method, where possible.
